There are no key numbers between -2.5 and + 2.5, so once a line moves from +3 to +2.5 there is little to stop it from getting to -2.5.
In other words, a move from +2.5 to -2.5 is not as big a move as 3 to 2.5, even though it is 5 points vs .5.
