This is their 3rd year in D1 and they've improved every year so far, have a winning record SU and ATS, that's what they've proven. If you mean this year specifically I would take Houston -14 over UNLV so compering AZ blowing out UNLV is not a very good comparison. And yeah Houston threw 4 int's I think that's somewhat a testament of their defense and where there is defense there's a chance.

with you JDH. Very impressive win for UTSA at Houston last week. Houston was opening a new stadium with a very experienced team and UTSA shut them down. As where Arizona won vs a very weak UNLV. I believe you ride UTSA until public catches on that they are a legitimate football team with a very good defense.

You're right, Arizona is being way overrated just because they beat up an awful UNLV team at home. That frosh QB is going to find things a bit more difficult on the road against a tough d.

Program inexperience? That's a new one. UTSA returns more letterwinners and starters than any team in the country. On D they start a transfer from Baylor, a transfer from Oklahoma, and a player who originally signed with Ok St. Not sure how the program being in its 4th year has anything to do with how this team will play.
Last year at Arizona they were only outgained by 43 yards....they didn't need to show anything vs Houston their defense had the game in hand. 14 penalties for 115 yards slowed them up as well, they should clean that up and be much sharper on offense tonight.
Emotional high, experience, revenge, home opener, frosh QB for zona on the road....all point to UTSA win.
