Didn’t like a couple things I heard w/ Cinci Head Coach…
1. “Week and half to focus on themselves”…I’m sorry, but you had all season to that that. In the meantime, Bama is using the 2 weeks to prepare against the team they’re playing.
2. “Have to contain Young in the pocket”…what other team has prepared for this and failed?
…Overall, Cinci has to to come up with better game planning vs the best team in the nation. Didn’t like what I heard from Fickell. Generally I get a feel on how the game will go based on the coach’s interview. Wasn’t feeling his approach.

Liked Cinci since line opened. I mean who wouldn’t back a team that lost to Georgia by 3 LY and comes back undefeated? But something feels eerily about the dd spread.
Gut tells me Cinci keeps it close early, but Bama runs away mid way through the 3rd quarter. Got them winning by 3 scores.

Hmm it’s kinda like an analyst listening to the CEO on an earnings call to pick up body language and subtle tips to infer how the next quarter pans out..
