I think this is going to be a slow game. I can see this being a game of field position with Bama scoring 1st TD late in 1st qtr. by the time they are up 3TDs they won't give a garbage about anything but running clock.

Lots of undefeated teams out there, with the winner of FSU v Clemson looking really good.   Saban will leave nothing to chance.   He may not pull a spurier and run it up for the sake of running it up, but I bet you he will do what he can to cover the spread, even if he implies that is not important...with so many undefeated teams, a undefeated SEC champion may not be a lock to play in the BCS NC game...

Can&#x27;t see Bama putting up less than 42.  If Arky can get 14&#x2B;, then so be it.  Played it at -28, if the line moved higher, tough call.

Very true.  And I  doubt anyone on here thought they&#x27;d get waxed the way they did last week.  But now well all have more info at our hands to try and determine what will happen this week.Do you know how many times Arky attempted to throw the ball last week, in a 52-7 (? I think) loss?  Before you look, take a guess.  I promise I am not looking.  I think it was 12.  12 times, when they were getting crushed.  Now, move in Alabama, at home, with a VERY solid run defense.  If Arky only attempts 12 passes again, they probably won&#x27;t score.  Now, obviously, they know they&#x27;ll have to air it out to have any chance to give Bama at least a minor scrape or bruise, so who knows.  But if you can&#x27;t pass it, you have no chance.  South Carolina D is solid, but do you think they are better than Bama?  Arky did manage a 1Q TD vs Florida, but then only 3pts after that.  Just not buying that Arky offense is good enough to get over 14, and I am wagering that Bama will get 42 without expending themselves too much.

Im sure alot of that was because they averaged 9 yds a carry, they played a decent first 28 minutes of the 1st half until that last score before the half, turnovers doomed them also, they are totally committed to the run. 30 pts is crazy for an SEC game to me where Ark is gonna be eating clock running, yea I know you need to get 1st downs to really do that but thats alot of freaking pts.

Come on, really?  9 yards per carry?  They rushed for 218 total.  74 of which came on two runs late in the game, they also had 3 runs equaling 47 yards in the 1H.  So, they had literally 4 decent plays on offense in the game.  So aside from those runs, they ran it 20 times for less than 100 yards.  It&#x27;s not really a lot of points.  They were down 24-7 at half.  Not sure why the last two minutes wouldn&#x27;t count "they played decent for 28 minutes" or how being down 17-7 is decent anyway.Hey, we could all spin the numbers a zillion ways.  That&#x27;s what makes this fun.  I see a team, that is very poor on offense, travelling to a team, a #1 ranked team, with a VERY good defense, with national title aspirations, and I just don&#x27;t see them scoring more than 14 points.  Not to mention, even if they do, it might not be enough to cover, because Bama can score.  BOL either way.

Thats the thing, if they score 14 and they probably wont, will Bama score 44, Saban isnt a run up the score coach, IMO for them to score 44 is more than likely gonna be from Arky committing turnovers, Arky isnt awful against the run either I dont think.

"Kids will be kids" games kill me.Arkansas could come out today and be all coked out like the 1985 Villanova Wildcats, and allow that to intervene with pure adrenaline which becomes a lethal combination in at least playing tough defense.Bama has no reason to be fired up for this practice seminar.  This ain&#x27;t opening kickoff week.  Nothing new or arousing here.Oh who am I kidding, Bama beats the piss out of these fartknockers.

I took Bama to cover. They are getting back HaHa on defense which is there best player. This won't help Arky with scoring points. When it comes to bama it's all a guess because they could cover if they want to and i think Arky is so bad they cover without trying. Plus
