BTW Walters does bet in person sometimes and I have seen him at the Aria in the past years. Good friend of mine was the sportsbook director at Aria , retired a cpl yrs ago.
Today he is on Clem and Wash , small plays (for him i assume that like under 100k)

Those are not Billy Waters plays...my buddy is a runner for Mr.B. He had a meeting with him this morning. The game plan is to sprinkle the books with Alabama money and later in the week HAMMER Clemson +7. He  will over a million on Clemson getting 7.
