Lets look at the interior here and the intangibles.......Will Miami be sluggish after a tough loss? Gotta love the Miami O-line match up against the Pitt D-line. Strength of each team and Miami should dominate on the Offensive side. Interesting Miami Defense with a mix of old and new in the interior line. The Linebacker Cornerback combos look experienced and fast. Who played who and where. Canes puked up the rock 4 times while being out gained by roughly 50 yards in a heart breaker to OSU.Congrats OSU D for the effort.Pitt got its ass kicked against Utah in week one but the score says different. New Hampshire hung up 75 yards rushing on Pitt in a two touchdown loss.to the Panthers.Nothing special in Pitt this year by any means. It's Pitts basketball team that is good not the football team. There has to be someone smart enough to see on the Miami side that a one loss team could be your National Champion.Pitt will be lucky to keep this puppy within 10.They will need a miracle.
Miami -3.5 -110 For Double the Regular Play Jamaica
This could be the play of the week

Dion Lewis is not a slouch...Miami has beaten pitt 14 of the last 15 games...And won 6 straight....throwing all this out the window and ignoring my mush who is on pitt i still like the panthers to stun miami with boring running style football.

I agree. I can't stand the Canes but I'm betting with the head and not the heart tomorrow. Miami has much better athletes and too much speed.
Lady Luck can screw me if I am wrong but I don't see the OSU loss as the end of the season for Miami.I know LVSC is thinking hangover here, they are actually the older team all around and I think they will play hard for Thursday Night Lights.

By they way, did you have any idea Martinez was going to start this year? I had no clue, I thought he was nowhere in the picture, but that kid is balling.

Not really, I am happy about it though. Green and Zac are chokers. There is another Tommie Frazier type player on the way. Martinez can throw the ball dam good to and I think that will surprise people. If I am playing Nebraska I would do nothing but pound the rock

I agree with this statement. Lewis is a great back and Graham is a nice backup but the oline for Pitt looks shaky and miami's strength this year is depth and talent on the dline. Cant see pitt sustaining long drives

I like the Canes here. So much of a layoff and too good of a team to have 2 losses this early. But then again, I have a slight bias since I am a ChiBears fan and hate Coach Wanny.

Canes start 2 sophs and 2 seniors on the defensive line. What makes this work is the "hybrid" players at linebacker and corner.@ tall young bucks at the safety positions should limit the air attack from the young unproven Pitt QB-He ain't gonna win the heisman tonight!
