I dont see how boston college doesnt easily win 7 games, and it would come at no suprise to me if they won 9 games, AJ Dillon is the best back in the ACC, and a heisman canidate, Anthony Brown is a stud at QB, BC's best under Addazio, their defense is always stellar and shouldnt change this year with Lukas Denis and Zach Allen returning (both projected 2nd round picks).Their O line is returning 139 starts, second in the country only to wisconsin, returning 72.5% of yards. I think they win Umass, Holy Cross, @Wake, @Purdue, Temple, Louisville (at home), Syracuse, and a decent shot at NC State. Thats not even factering in a win home against either Clemson or Miami, or at FSU or VT. In my opinion this is one of the easiest O/U of the season.

i know BC has some good players back. lost at least one elite player too.....
you mention 8 games as highly winnable. and i agree they are all winnable....... but i look at that and see 6 loseable games.....
so i'd say you are starting with 2 wins, trying to get to 6 wins..... so now you're talking about probably 3 of those 6 games as must-win... i have no idea if any of those last 4 games are reasonably winnable. probably VT, maybe FSU
i think the louisville and syracuse games are key................
i'd probably no play it. but lean UNDER (maybe devil's advocate though)

I agree with some of that, losing Harold I don't think is a huge deal, they played most of the season without him or with him injured, when he played he didn't make a big impact, only 5 sacks, I bet BC a lot last year and won, thats why I'm a bit bullish on them, I think if any year is the year for them its now, they finally have the offense to go along with their usually good defense, even if you say they start 4-2 Louisville and Syracuse are pretty winnable games, The only reason I like this bet is I think they can win 6 fairly easily with the chance to win 8, maybe 9 games

i forgot or didn't know landry was injured last year
i think you are correct that they might blow through the number and have little chance of missing it by alot...
i would point out that from what i've seen the BC O5.5 line has adverse juice compared to the UNDER.. wish i knew a piffy expression for this, i know it's not juice, more like it's shaded towards OVER (suggesting that your original point is correct. BC more likely OVER.

op, you are mostly likely correct.

Anthony Brown did not have a good year last season.........He struggled big time with accuracy at only 51% COMP and he only threw for over 200 YDS twice in 10 starts...........BC was able to run the ball very successfully last season and that should have opened the door for Smith to have played better as defenses were loading the box to stop the run....Brown is going to have to step up and much better if they are going to win 6+ games - thats for sure.

I see 5.5 no where. 6 or 6.5 but no where is it 5.5NCAAF Team Wins - Regular Season Wins Boston CollegeUnder 6½ Wins -105
One of the sports books in Delaware, i Live in NY but a 4 hour drive isn't terrible, I called to all 3 trying to see what they offer to bet on since they don't have any odds or way to bet online

Calling him a stud was a bit of an over reach but he put up decent numbers as a freshman, he showed what he could be against Virginia and played decent against Notre Dame, he's much better than the QB's they've had (BC has come along ways sense the Jeff Smith QB days), I think as long as he doesn't hold them back, similar to wimbush last season BC would still hit the over

I assume you asked what is the price for Over 5.5. .... I am curious how their price compares with those that I see offshore. Could you share that with us?

I won't be going until the 10th, the guy i spoke with on the phone again reaffirmed to me the line should be similar to vegas lines, obviously he wouldn't no what the line would be in 2 weeks when i drive down, but here's multiple article's referencing vegas with the line being 5.5, so thats what I was assuming the line would be down in Delaware,

Those odds are long gone. Cannot find them anywhere. Likely only 6-10 people on planet earth got those early RSW linesI posted the current lines in post 8/9.
I didn't see them online but maybe I'll get lucky and someone in delaware has it at 5.5, but I'd take it at 6 or 6.5 no problem

I think the point is, you won't get 5.5 in Delaware either. And if you do it's going to be near -300.So does Delaware not have the RSW totals posted now? .... they could at least tell you the current lines.Have fun and best of luck on your plays this year!
Delaware doesn't have anything posted which blows especially when I have to spend 9 hours driving total when I don't no their lines, I may just wait until week one and do what ever RSW lines I like and my Week 1 ML PS and Parlay, best of luck to you as well

NDguy12:You said this was available at “one of the sportsbooks” in Delaware. Were you making this line up?
If you would read the 3 other posts responding to others i said it was available at one of the sportsbooks in delaware as they told me on the phone their line would all be similar to vegas lines, when I looked up the vegas lines for the ACC BC was listed at 5.5, that is why I wrote O5.5. What good would it do me making up a line with a bunch of people I've never met and don't even known their real names. Foolish comment
