My mistake...I'm playing only one game, you're playing them all. I apologize and bow down you're ahead of me.
Tell me about that UAB vs Ohio game coming up. You got a lean???!!!

That's because you're a square, right? Only squares make picks on every bowl game. Or am I mistaken..
At least we need you for the regular cash transfer and for that, we all thank you.

Not me. I picked a grand total of 1 game, alabama clemson.
picking every game was what i did back in the day when i was younger. a lot of lost $ later i figured out it was a waste of time.
i'm wondering if people here see appalachian state toledo and spend their time and saturday night on watching it figuring out the game basically the day of the game. like i said been there done that those days are over i wish i had that youth and time again.

Think about it you have 10 games to play and 1 game you really like.....
Is it better to put it all on the one game you really like or spread it out 10% on each game.
Mathematically if you are right and you picked the game right and it has the best chance to win, it's a no brainer. If you think it has a 75% chance of winning, and the rest are under 75%, then why do it differently.
The hardest thing is waiting and not chasing or overconfidence

Says the guy who thinks emotion in college football is a joke...
Says the guy who thinks emotion in college football is a joke...
You said on my other thread my thought was a joke, and I mentioned the emotional edge for Alabama. And I'm still trying to figure out why that's a joke.
Never said it's only one thing, but people have a span of attention of about 3 seconds and they don't want to listen to ten pages of analysis so I give my top thing. Running passing all that is a given. BOttom line my pick is Alabama, I may lose it but so be it that's my pick and I'm putting it out there.

Well you make good points but a couple things:
A. Not young like before. Don't have the energy or the time also. Have other priorities.
B. These bowl games are so much about emotions and desire. Look at the Oregon game they showed no interest. Unless I'm in the locker room, which I'm not, I don't have inside info.
C. You can trust the big games. The playoffs we can be sure both teams are motivated and will play their absolute best. So that's a clean game. I think Alabama is motivated for the first time in forever, but who knows. I can't be sure of it. I also know they're getting their linebackers healthy again, had an extra week of rest, and we also have a quarterback in his 2nd championship game and another quarterback in his first. That said Clemson has a hell of a d line and Alabama has not shown the dominance they have in the past.
D. BIg bowl game is enjoyable. Sociable, talked about. WIth this you also get the boatloads of public cash you won't get from other games.
I could very well lose man. My main thing is the NFL, which is why I don't play more college football games.
If you want to talk about that epic Pats-Steelers game which I was lucky, and I mean lucky to be on the right side on then great. But, this is not my thread and we're talking college footbal. But yeah I was pissed this guy came into my thread and called me a joke to this forum. Guess I wasn't in a good mood.
