 Yea 1 pm to 4 pm is chunk of the game.. gusts over 40 all day lol .. and yea 38 degrees with windchill last I check we got low 30s to sub 30s.. that will affect some things.. especially tulane .. they may play complete ball control. Control tempo especially being thin with all there opt outs on defense..

 4pm cst = 3pm mnt. I'm not seeing what you are for cold or wind. I see no issues. JMHO. High of 43, wind chill in the mid 30's. Nothing either team can't handle.

 You notice how a shotgun team that throws 70 percent of the time.. usually 10+ downfield throws.. is lining up in I formation..  has run 6 times and 2 passes behind LOS and has taken 5 minutes off clock too just punt... and play field position.. okay .. its going too be a ball control game .. I already stated this

The announcers have actually commented on how the Tulane players don't seem to be "enjoying" the weather lol

.. yes under has completely altered nevadas gameplan... and field goals .. extra points literally everything lol. Takes a special kind of stupid.. nevada also had a 8 yard td drive .. trick play td .. hasn't been 2 potent offenses moving at will like everyone thought
