Some of you may remember what happened in 1969? OSU #1 ranked went to Ann Arbor to face unranked 7-2 Mich...Bo Schembechler's 1st encounter with Buckeyes and mentor Woody Hayes....one of the all time upsets in college history....24-12 Wolverines

Of course it can happen. OSU should easily win but by 20.5 pts? This one is a pass for me.
I wonder if Ryan can get his squad ready to break the 3 year losing streak to the Wolverines. If Ohio St.'s run defense (ranked 3rd or so) lays down, you have a shot.
GL either way amigo!!

I'm thinking of taking a stab at +900 ML. I know it's a longshot but hear me out: 1. Rivalry game anything can happen. 2. OSU just played a huge emotional game vs Indy 3. Ryan Day 4. Michigan looked great last week. Granted it was vs Northwestern but the offense was clicking. 5. If Michigan can run the ball effectively this can be a low scoring game that can come down to final 2 minutes where anything can happen. 6. Michigan has nothing to lose. Thoughts???
--Thinking NW laid down in the second half to Michigan. Looked liked they were gassed. Week before NW had the Bucs, maybe they were worn out? And Mich QB Warren still overthrowing some.
--It is a rivalry game and Ryan Day reminds me of a former Buc coach, Cooper. So there is that.
If Wolvs were to win it would most certainly be the biggest win as a dog in the history of Michigan football.

Your #1 and #6 pt hold water, but I disagree with the others.
#2 Never a letdown vs ichigan
#3 Day is quality coach, all the noise is a few haters and the media, look at his record. He's got his best squad this year. NFL players evrywhere. This is the year.
#4 northwestern.....
#5 Buck defense will be up to the effort. They can't pass, shutting down the run is easier when you know what's coming. Too one dimensional.
imho
The hospital? It's a big building with patients.

Anything is possible. A fumble here, an interception their. Its happened MANY tines in this rivalry over the decades where one team was-highly ranked and the other had no shot and then BOOM!
Dont forget about injuries to. If Ohio State loses thier QB , whos going to run the ship now? You never know.
I know .. According to almost the so called experts this game is already over before its played.
Michigan lost nearly everyone to the NFL fo last years National Championship team INCLUDING there Coaching staff. Ohio is supposed to win going away as they have bought and paid for a $25 milllion dollar team, Michigan has not until next year when Bryce Underwood comes in with that decorated recruiting class...
Its MONEY this year ( Ohio State) against a team that lost everyone to the NFL and now a no money roster.
But will it??

Michigan doesn’t have any QB or passing game. They’d have to destroy Ohio St at the LOS, force multiple turnovers and have some special teams magic. Basically they need 99 out of 100 things to go right to win this game.

Lets see Michigan leads the rivalry in all time wins, Conference championships, more national Championships and the winningest football program in college football history
1. The rivalry in perspectiveThrough the previous 119 meetings, Michigan leads the series 61-51. Six games have ended in a tie, and Ohio State's 37-7 win in 2010 was vacated. And with the exception of 1942 and 2020, the game has been the regular-season finale every year since 1935.
