Here is how I see the playoff committee's playoff teams

1. Oregon

2. Georgia

3. Notre Dame

4. Texas

5. Penn State

6. Ohio State

7. Tennessee

8. Indiana

9. Boise State

10. Alabama

Arizona State and Clemson complete the field, with Arizona State ahead of Clemson.

Why no SMU?  They had the opportunity to win and be in but failed to to so.  They do not have a win against a top  twenty-five team.

Why no Miami, FL? End of the season downfall, didn't win conference championship.

Why Alabama? The committee moved them into the safe zone in case certain teams lost/won to have a public team, pushed by ESPN, in the chase (for ratings, not to mention their fan base travels well).

Please, remember this is how I see the committee filling the twelve slots.  

Why do some posters have to be so rude if/when they disagree with others?  Maybe it's just me but there's ways to disagree without being a jerk.

I wish Hard Rock had the opportunity to wager upon who's in the playoffs.  In particular, Alabama.  Time to contact our mules.

#5 Texas takes on #12 Clemson, the winner plays #4 Arizona State in the Peach Bowl

#8 Ohio State takes on #9 Tennessee, the winner plays #1 Oregon in  the Rose Bowl

#7 Notre Dame takes on #10 Indiana, the winner plays #2 Georgia in the Sugar Bowl

#6 PA State takes on #11 SMU, the winner plays #3 Boise State in the Fiesta Bowl

The top two winners will face off for a spot in the Championship Game.

The bottom two winners will face off for a spot in the Championship Game, 01.20.25

Alabama not getting in doesn't bother me as much as SMU being ranked better than Clemson - who defeated them less than 24 hours ago in their conference championship game.

Army/Navy game is tomorrow and both teams have winning records and are already in howl games.  This is a very special game to me even without knowing the history of it as I have family currently and previously at both schools. To say the least, when everyone gathers, on occasion it gets a little LOUD when discussing the game.

North Carolina hires Billicek as their new head coach.  The only thing I can think of as to why he took it, was for his son to take over when he decides to retire.

Ohio State Athletic Director gave their head coach, Day, the proverbial vote of confidence heading into the playoffs.  That team has so much talent but fails to win their rivalry game or conference is catching up with him.

Thank you, was bought down but the trade off is the line (-200).  FYI, this was from Hard Rock.  Currently, one can take it down to 51.0 for -220.  If I pop on a few   this afternoon or have success with my other tickets and it's still available will most likely hit it again.  I wager to whole numbers to reduce the chance of my tickets losing.  I know it also reduces the opportunity to win but I add a layer to stop the ticket from losing (push).  Each person has to make that choice (half I point or whole point).   with your tickets today.

Yesterday finished 3-0-0 and +500 

Season is now 62-37-2 and -2,209.79 

Next game is Tuesday.

Marshall will not be playing Army in their bowl game as most of the team and some of the coaching staff have opted out/will not be returning.  Pretty pathetic if you ask me.  Were it me, I wouldn't be inviting them for at least three seasons.  LA Tech has stepped forward to challenge Army.
