Saturday's 2nd play is:
UL Lafayette +28.5 for 3 units... The Bulldogs are sending out their 3rd different starting QB in as many years since the departure of Stafford and that QB is freshman Murray, Aaron. And after averaging 10 wins in it's last eight seasons before last the Bulldogs turned in just an 8-5 season under Mark Richt. The Bulldogs also finished the season 10th in the SEC allowing 26.4ppg and are switching a 4 man front to the 3-4 in hopes to change the outcome of last years defense (thats a major red flag to me). On the flipside the Ragin Cajuns are returning this season with much of their offense that they had last season that went 6-6 with starting QB Masson, Chris who threw for 2406 yards and 10 TD's and ran for 6 last season. Desormeaux, Matt is back from an injury that held him out of most of last season as he ran for 958 yards on 124 carries in 08-09 for an average of 7.7 yards per carry. I'm just not sure that Georgia is worth the 4 TD's favorites that they are here in this one with a freshman QB this season while switching things up on defense and the Rajun Cajuns should have a decent gameplan to keep this one close...

Saturday's 3rd play is:
Missouri -12 for 3 units... I will try and keep this one as simple as it looks to me after reading up on this one. Gabbert, Blaine the QB for the Tigers is a good one as he threw for 3,593 yards and 24 TD last season and 300+ yards and 3 TD's in last years 37-9 route of the defensively challenged Fighting Illini. The Tigers return a very strong defense with DL Jacquies Smith and Big 12 Defensive Newcomer of the Year DL Aldon Smith along with a solid linebacking core. They may be a bit weak in the secondary but I think thats were they can get a break as the Fighting Illini are turning to a new RedShirt QB this season in Scheelhaase, Nathan. His top 2 targets in Jenkins, A.J. and Fayson, Jarred only caught 37 receptions for 628 yards and 3 TD's combined last season so they should struggle to get moving on offense IMO based on a lack of talent. I will gladly back the stronger team here laying less than 2 TD's as the Tigers have much to play for this year as they attempt to win their 3rd Big 12 title in 4 years...

Saturday's 4th play is:
Louisville vs Kentucky under 48 for 2 units... I expect their too be much confusion in this game as both teams are sporting new coaches (Joker Phillips for the Cats and Charlie Strong for the Cards). This total is the lowest it's been in this past decade @ 48 and rightly so as the Cats are returning just 11 starters on both sides of the ball and the Cards just 12 as well. I expect long drives eating up much clock as both teams should be clawing in a tight win just to scrape out a win. If you don't like ugly football this might be one to avoid watching IMO..

Saturday's lean list is as follow's:
Tulsa -7.5
Texas Tech -14
Navy -6
Army -9
Michigan -3
Oklahoma State -17... (This pick became just to square as we all know the cougars have only won 3 games in the last 2 seasons. But I think what the betting public is failing to realize is that the Cowboys are replacing four starters on their offensive line including first-round draft pick Russull Okung. Overall the Cowboys are returning just 8 starters which should be a major concern when getting ready to lay a number like 17. I'm starting to lean heavily on the under now after just writing this... lol)

Adding:
Oklahoma State vs Washington State under 53 for 2 units... I have a couple major reasons i like this pick.
1.) As i stated above the Cowboys are replacing many players this season including highly touted tackle Russull Okung as they only have only 8 starters returning this season. So i don't exactly expect this team to just score at will today.
2.) The Cougars actualy have many players returning this season and they should mesh better as a team. Their schedule was absolutely brutal last season which was a major result as to why they only averaged 12ppg on offense. I think what the Cougars are putting out their on offense should be enough to contain the Cowboys and keep this one under the 53 that it's set at...
