Neb will be able to run the ball on Msu. They did it last year and matchup more favorably this year than last. On the flip side, Msu should be able to exploit a very weak lb'ing core for neb. If it were not for the weather concerns I would tell you to take the over and call it a day but because of weather issues it is likely a no play.
If I was forced to take a side I would lean neb but Tim beck is a huge concern. He has a tendency to panic and get away from neb's strengths on offense. That leads to Armstrong trying to do too much which leads to silly turnovers.
Without the weather issues I would predict a 34-31 type game giving a slight edge to the home team. I should note I am a non husker fan living in Nebraska so I watch every game and feel like I have a pretty good handle on this neb team. I should also tell you that I generally wait and bet every husker game at half time depending on which team shows up. Good luck
