Not much to say that hasn't already been said. I played Georgia 3 times this season with 2 write-ups, no losses. Unlike the Miami Dolphins, 0-3, 0-3, always that one team that's a thorn in your side, ouch.
I feel like the Dawgs were the best team from start to finish, in spite of the loss to Bama, which I expected. Sometimes losing is the greatest teacher. We've seen undefeated teams, all sports, get beat and bounce back to play their best ball. Your focus, clarity, determination, and motivation, all go up. Throw in playing the one team that did beat you, from a players perspective, you couldn't ask for anything more.
You also couldn't ask for a better matchup tonight. Last season, Bama was an easy play and winner over the Buckeyes, hope you were a winner too. 4 years ago, Tua comes off the bench and saves the day against these very Dawgs. Tonight, the Georgia defense will be the best unit on the field. Not going to shut down Bama but make the big plays, a 3rd down stop, a 4th down stop, create a turnover, a big sack. Georgia wants an "ugly"game, a backyard brawl, and should they get it, they'll be a party in Athens like we've never seen before. Hmm...how far is Athens from Tampa?
DAWGS, -2.5
And best of luck to all of you!

Here's an interesting piece of information, Kirby vs Saban-
"Their four-game series features a truly stunning statistic. They’ve played a total of 240 minutes of football. Georgia has either led or been tied for 171 of those minutes, or 71% of the time. Despite that, Smart is 0–4 against Saban."

My father would have said "law of averages," it's Georgia's turn. Ok Pops, may he R.I.P., we're actually in agreement for a change. You can't argue with a stubborn, retired Army Viet Nam veteran, Sicilian, believe me!

And thank you and your father. I had so many friends, all of us military brats, who's fathers went to Nam...and not all of them came back. God bless them all! Air Force vet myself.

I thought Bama would be a slight fav, I'm usually pretty good at guessing the spread. If you're one to base a result off the line, you have to look at Georgia. You know the average bettor is going to back Saban and Bama, understandibly so. Bama is getting hammered on the M/L. Plus money to get Bama in the national championship game? Almost too good to be true. Danger lurking

Different subject but Dolphins fire Brian Flores. As a Finz fan, I couldn't pick their games this season, but still my team. Only 3 years, B to B winning seasons, swept NE, couple key pieces on offense away from the playoffs. Very surprised, did not see that coming.

Awesome info Russo. That stat on Smart leading in minutes over Saban yet being 0-4 is quite stunning. I agree with you when this line came out at Bama +3 I was quite surprised. I thought a slight fave to pickem maybe at worst. They really feel comfortable with all the bama exposure this will open them up to? I see a public dog bloodbath. I like Georgia as well. bama has thrown up a few stinkers this season. Smart finally gets his day
