It does have that "fishy" kind of look.  All the arguments make sense and there is consensus.

Bowls are tough

I'd typically agree with that but there are exceptions to that rule. And I noted a couple of recent ones; Ravens over Jags in week 15, there's another that's not coming back to me just now...

zig when everyone else zags usually works out well here.  We saw the narrative with Duke being a TD+ dog against a lowly Troy team and absolutely dismantle them.  Not sure how good Va Tech lines are here.  But usually these games that have all the opt outs if they can at least run the ball and get some pressure on the QB they’re covering/winning most of these games thus far.  Tulane still brings back their stud RB, and some pretty good front 7 players.

Kai Horton isn't some redshirt freshman either. He has experience plus Hughes is playing at RB . I think hokies backers might be upset . Not sure hokies lose but 12 is a lot of points for this Tulane team . See what happens bol

 Well, I wouldn't be giving it all back. There were three Rice plays and this is one Tulane play. All one unit plays.

He did not look very good when he was in there. 3rd stringer looks even worse. Could be a long 2nd half. GL.

6 for 8 for 62 he wasn’t terrible.  The fumble killed the great drive he had going at the 1.  But he made some good reads off play action and didn’t force any throws into traffic.  Drones 5 for 10 comparatively and all over with his accuracy.  We’ll see how each coach adjusts in the second half.  Right now as a Tulane backer I don’t feel super confident they cover.  But it’s college football, crazy things can happen.

 Yup . I'm surprised didn't think this bad. He played in September vs southern Miss Lee them to a win. Also vs ole miss put up over 200 yards . So he played in games. Last year vs Houston led a victory but yea he looks no bueno. Tech no so good either. I don't know why Hughes only has 6 carries . Tulane should keep feeding the rock. I only watched the 2nd. I still think they can cover the spread imo

I'd say we see more scoring in 2nd half . Defensive score or two plus expect some big runs 

Yeah good news for Tulane backers is that Va Tech QB looks very loose with the football, so you still have a good shot if Tulane can move the ball. Had it in Tech territory and then got too silly with playcalling. Keep it simple. . I'm just looking for the over and points, so good luck to you. 

Yeah he was not bad. Just a bad turnover inside of the 5. I could not tell how he got hurt? Looked like his knee? Play did not look abnormal that he got hurt on. Drones looks suspect in terms of ball security so you still have a shot.
