Florida and why

Between LSU debacle, and miss st. qb wishing he was someplace else and mich giving up that late touchdown vice a field goal - you just shake your head. We did hit the over in neb, and the stanford gm.  Anyways I took a breather lastnight but let's try to hit them again today.

Record stands at 14-4 (mich +4.5 - for me).  Today, we have the following situation:

         Louisville   47  25   52  88

13.5  Florida      104  5  4    16

This is what I call a 1 A / 3 situation.  Florida is better in 3 categories while Louis. is only better in Total off.  The other categories from left to right - Total def., sagarin rank and sagarin sched. strength.  The line opened up at 13.5 - currently around 14.   Based on the numbers and patterns from previous bowl games played - Florida should dominate and cover.  This is a similar to the game with fsu and nill. lastnight.

Whsbaseball - once again I just look at numbers and follow patterns - does it work every time of course not but percentage wise it has done pretty good.

I dont' think the Card's has a chance against UF Defense.

Card's weakness is against the run and thats UF strength.

I do enjoy listening to the different perspectives on why one team should cover versus another team - entertaining as well as interesting.  That's the whole reason for the system I use - it takes a lot of the gut feel out of the equation. I see florida sucks on offense 104 out of 120 teams or so but instead of simply looking at that or whether the sec is more dominate than other conferences - let the numbers lead you to a decision and that's what this system tries to do - every game I have posted has been on data, patterns and results of previous scenarios so when I say I use percentages - i'm reffering to previous scenarios and results of those games. 

Anyways if florida and ga tech in basketball cover it will be a good night. Once again good luck all.
