What the hell is so crazy about that line? Halftime lines are usually 50% of the game line in this spot. Clearly Rutgers is playing better than expected so they take a point or so off what they would have.

Agreed. I will give Zman credit, I think he is capable of having a logical thought but is warped like you said. Bkingsrep on the other hand, is not capable of these thoughts.

ND had early season thoughts of a Championship. 

No way they were motivated for this one.

 

This is Rutgers superbowl of the season.  Last time for seniors to get noticed by agents etc...
