Freak Pics!!! (Week 3)

Was a ridiculous 3 & 8 last week,  Typical week 2 blues for me.  That and I didn't have much time to handicap last week.  The good news was that I was a perfect 3 & 0 on my Best Bets, and 1 & 0 on my NFL Best Bet, which means I was actually much more profitable in week 2 than I was in week 1 when I went 11 & 6.  That's because I only bet my Best Bets, and use the other plays for parlay fodder.  My parlay bets are 20% of what I wager on my Best Bet.

I actually liked all three OVERS on Thursday night, all hit, and I wasn't able to bet any of them.  an_brick  Anyhow, I feel much more confident about this week's card, so let's see what happens.

Saturday Early Games:

Hawaii +7.5 (-120) @ Army  *** Best Bet ***

Hawaii ML @ Army

Saturday Afternoon Games:

LSU @ Auburn -9.5  *** Best BET ***

Vanderbilt +14.5 @ Notre Dame

Saturday Night Games:

Ole Miss @ Alabama -21  *** Best Bet ***

Ole Miss @ Alabama OVER 69.5

Ohio State -12.5 @ TCU

Saturday Late Night Games:

Washington ML -185 @ Utah

Best of luck to all!  Unfortunately, I won't be able to watch a single snap of football tomorrow.

Why are you posting stale lines from early this week on these 4 games? All of those lines have been long gone for days now.

Auburn is -10.5/-11 everywhere now.

Vanderbilt is +13/+13.5 everywhere now.

Alabama is -22.5/-23 everywhere now.

Ohio State is -13.5/-14 everywhere now.

I bet those three on Tuesday.  They were all -110 bets.

Be that as it may, I would still make the same bets are whatever line you are seeing.

I like most of your bets but how in the world can you think Detroit is gonna go out to San Fran and put up any kind of fight? That was a dreadful performance vs the Jets and their new head coach is in ay over his head. I don't see the Lions players playing for him either.

Sure you did. Posting plays late Friday night for Saturday is fine of course, but at least use the current available lines when doing so, otherwise it serves no purpose.

Posted picks should always be posted at current prices, that's how every gambling forum has always worked. It shouldn't even have to be explained.

There's plenty of cappers on here who post their picks on Sunday night or early Monday morning for the following Saturday and only they can be credited for finding great value in early numbers.

Posting 4 picks at lines which are 6 days old after steam has sharpened the numbers is not only terrible etiquette but dishonest.

self righteous Pepp...Who the Fk are you?    What have you added to the college football forum over the years...that's right nothing...Everyone is on the honestly system here.   And JDF does not charge for his picks.   He is a long track record as one of the most consistent cappers on Covers and it has nothing to do with when he made his bets, or the lines at the time he decides to post.   You should probably shelve the mall cop routine, and just focus on your own capping...you are nobody on this site right now.   If I were JDF I would not even bother responding to your follow up...Either be polite and respectful, or go somewhere else...

Calm down LHH.. no need to always explode on people with the swearing and whatnot.. just chill dude. It's a forum and people are free to comment and challenge things, it's healthy. And Pepp has a point, plus the rules are the same for everyone here.. no matter how long you've been posting. Peace

it is fkn amazing that , if you have free plays come with a stpid criticism cause of the lines . if you dont like the post just dont bet a play your plays . and if you know ( wich i think you dont ) buy the points and thats it . dont come here whinimg for something is out of everyones control.....mrn
