GA has a tendency not showing up for Bowls.  This is very similair to Central FL a few years back with a high powered offense and went into a Dome in GA and  beat the shit out of GA.  Would not be suprised to see Cinci WIN outright.

Cincinnati has been averaging 40 points per game all season and all of a sudden they’re expected to cut that in half for a bowl game?
