Hawaii's passing game should be a concern. However, UGA's D got a ton better when our DL started getting pressure on the QB. The D started clicking then. If UGA shows up, they will destroy Hawaii like they did vs. Boise St. a couple years back. UGA has the advantage in every aspect of the game. UGA will play ball control and use the play action pass to run rough shed against. Hawaii. I just don't think, from a physical standpoint, that Hawaii will be able to hang. GL.

Your qb, wrs or offense hasn't played a D the quality of UGA. It's about matchups. And Hawaii doesn't match up well in any aspect of this game. Now.....anything can happen.....especially this year, but I suspect that UGA will put a beating on the Warriors. However, good luck.

I will be going to this game with a whole bunch of my friends. We just booked the flight last night. We will be in force from December 29 - January 03. I can't wait to support this team to the end.

Not even the ESPN announcers that don't know anything about this team, because all they see is final score. They don't stay up late enough to see the games and actually watch Colt Brennan and his receivers in action. You don't stay up late enough to watch our games.

Also this isn't the same Hawaii defense that they had 2-3 years ago. This defense is much improved with a little more team speed than you think. They got a big physical d-line and 2 outstanding junior linebackers in Eliminian and Leonard. Not to mention a crazy blitzing Soares on the outside. Their corners are a little small but they have a lot of fight in them. They should have to worry that much because Georgia is a more run orrientated team. They don't take too many risks with the deep ball. Most of their routes are no longer that 15 yrds and those should be easy to break on in the superdome.
Hawaii has a game cut out for them but these guys on the the University of Hawaii are truely warriors. The heart and soul that these guys have for each other is the key to this team. They play for the team, the fans, and the entire state of Hawaii and they are sincere about it. They all got each others back and they believe in Coach Jones, they believe in each other, and they believe that it is their destiny to go out as the only undefeated team in college football this year.
They Believe and as supporters of Hawaii . . . We ALL Believe!

O the passion of college football. I respect yours for your team, Hawaii. But certainly you are not comparing the defenses Hawaii went up against to UGA's? There is no comparison. Boise St., Washington, and teams you went to overtime with San Jose St. and La Tech. Your schedule was ranked 116th in the nation for a reason.

The matchups along the LOS on both sides of the ball favor UGA heavily.

Yes it is all about matchups. I think Georgia will have trouble with Hawaii's offense. Its basically a man to man on the WR's. Zone will not work. However, the key to Georgia's success on D will be how much pressure they can put on the Colt. On the flip side , I do think Hawaii will have a hard time stopping Georgia's offense...especially the run. They need to stick with that to control the game. I am a Hawaii fan, but more of a fan of money. I think it will be a high scoring affair as both teams will stuggle to stop each other.

If georgia runs outside the tackles, Hawaii's in trouble. If they run between them, Hawaii will be ok. Another thing is hawaii needs to defend the TE. Those will determine how well Georgia's offense will do.
