Irish are a bit 'overhyped' with the penalties but very active.

Watching earler,games this season... Notre Dame has a real swarming defense...of course, many (including me) just think SEC Champ >> ND

ND’s first drive wasn’t any better. You know what that tells me?  Absolutely nothing.

Irish would benefit to switch to zone occasionally and sending a safety to spy or rattle  the QB/attack RB handoff,  or sometimes be on the move to intercept those sideline passes....
