McNutt is a underrated WR IMO and should find no problems hauling in passes versus this GT D. He was very clutch versus Ohio State and personally I think the whole Iowa team slapped them around and should of won it if it wasnt for a few freshman QB mistakes

i do like mcnutt but he isnt the key to their passing game, he may make a couple big grabs but iowas passing game is all about DJK and moeaki (off of play action of course)

Look, the Hawks have 2 offensive linemen going to the NFL, plus Moeaki at TE. This team is very capable against average defenses.

You obviously havent watched iowa if you think their offense is stagnant. Man the level of idiocracy on these boards kills me . The sad thing is people will listen to this clown and bet Ga Tech. Iowa ML

Sure GT's defense is not all that its cracked up to be, but give them a month's time to heal and prepared for this putrid IOWA offense and I'd say it evens out. I also think Derrick Morgan, one of the best DEs in the land, will be getting his fair share of Stanzi, unlike Jerry Hughes from TCU.

Just something to think about.

Put it this way. CLEM has a pretty good defense too and they're much more familiar with the triple offense. Even so, they couldn't stop GT the second time around in the ACC Champ. game. Now ask yourself, does IOWA have anyone the likes of CJ Spiller? The answer is a resounding NO.

Unless the anemic IOWA offefnse puts up over 20+ on the board, I can see this game getting ugly in the second half.

after watching iowa vs ohio state though i promised myself to take iowa in their bowl game.. angerer and that other linebacker are beasts.. i had ohio state in that game and was getting so damn frusterated
