Week 1 was fantastic. Week 2 was much tougher. Week 3 looks great. Having had a chance to watch these teams and see stats for 2 weeks I feel much more comfortable now.
Here are the plays:
Tulsa +30 , letdown spot for the Sooners in an in state game. I can't see Oklahoma running it up unless Tulsa turns it over a bunch. Tulsa is rolling on offense through 2 games and should be able to score enough to cover the big number
GA Tech -135 ML, Here is a recap of Tech's last 6 games, beat ranked Clemson, beat ranked UGA, lost to ranked FSU by 2 in ACC Championship game, beat ranked MIss St, scored 60 plus points vs two weaker opponents to start season. Tech was 5-1 in true road games in 2014.
Bowling Green ML +135 , both teams come in with some momentum and both fan bases are optimistic. Falcons QB Matt Johnson is rolling and the most dangerous player on the field. SInce BG moved the ball vs Tennessee they get my pick. They had over 500 yards of offense in that game.
Ole Miss +7, Lots of hype around this game. Makes Bama dangerous. But I like the confidence Ole Miss brings into this matchup. Last 3 teams Saban was a 7 or less point favorite at home the Tide lost outright. Chad Kelly has receivers who with time can connect and exploit Bama's most vulnerable unit.
USC ML -325, Love the Trojans. Size, speed, and power, along with momentum and home field, along with the talent advantage (Stanford lost alot to draft) are all reasons I love the Trojans.
UK ML +145, It is time for the Wildcats to make a statement. It's been almost 30 years since the Cats have beaten the Gators. Tonight is the night behind Towles who can really make a statement in the SEC East that he is the leader behind an improved defense to get Stoops his biggest win since last week when the Cats upset SCarolina in Columbia.
Miami -2.5, love the Canes behind Kaya at home in this spot. Nebraska coach Mike Riley is off to a rough start in his new job. Golden needs this signature win and the Canes offense is rolling. Kaya is a good one when he has time and plays within the gameplan. Canes will be ready.
