How good is Aj McCarron?

is he a first round talent? or is he a product of the system?



he has outplayed my expectations for this year, and has shown the ability to make every throw... will a team pick him up to be a starter or will he be more like greg McElroy?

He will be an NFL back-up after winning a 3rd title in a row next year, and go home to that everynight.....

Backup or the 3rd string QB is the best position in the NFL. Hope to never play and getting paid

guy had no pressure on him tonight was like he was playing flag football, he's a product of a great system, kind of funny how nick saban has great college teams and all these nfl draft picks but never a stud qb in the nfl,

Yes, someone will pick him up for a backup or 3rd stringer.. very smart, a student of the game, and has a pretty good arm.

He is better than Greg McCelroy, and a hell of alot better than Brodie Croyle

i'll be the only one and say he plays in NFL and a back up/part time starter.  He has a great arm very accurate, smart and can make all the throws.  His best throws are on always on the deep corners the most important pass in the NFL.  I think he will have a Matt Cassell type career.  If he gets right system in NFL could have a few good years.

im glad hes coming back next year, his temper surprised me tonight. bama has got to be the most respectable bunch if players, they always use yes sir, no sir and almost always hand the football to the refs

IN THE 2014 NFL DRAFT HE WILL BE ONE OF THE FIRST 3 QUARTERBACKS TAKEN BECAUSE HE IS TALL, HAS A GOOD ARM, AND CAN READ A DEFENSE.

The guy has a chance. Certainly will get drafted. Has a good arm and is smart. Yes he has great players around him now but he could be a servicable QB at the next level.

With an offensive line like that to block and run the ball. They will make any quarterback look good. Put him in KC, Oak, Buf, Ari and he will have no time to read defenses and running for his life
