Baylor can't beat them. OSU will get a couple stops. That's all that will be needed to beat Baylor. I don't get the hype with TCU and Baylor. Yeah they score, they also give up 30 a game to who?
You can "what if" all day long. What if Iowa wins the Big Ten undefeated?? What if OSU's RB Elliott gets hurt? Etc, etc.
It will all play out, some will be happy and some pissed off.
I agree with Double, just like FSU last year they get to stay at #1 if they just win, ugly as it is. Doesn't seem right. It's a whole new year. Michigan shuts out Maryland at Maryland gets 28 at OSU. Where's this "salty defense"??
Time will tell.

Ok, It's a good question and interesting scenario. Was just trying to get back on subject.
So, with your scenario I would think Conf. Champs should prevail with undefeated TCU and Utah leading the way, if Utah is undefeated. After that Ohio State and then it gets real tough for the forth team. The SEC has clout and they would want Ole Miss, the conf. champ to be in, but Baylor and Bama would have a case.
