I don&#x27;t bet with my heart, only my head.When the line jumped from 3 to 3.5 I smelt a trap, only to have watched the first half with great amiration for a well controlled and played half. Obviously the second half was less to be desired. When have you ever seen Hawii score 3 pts in an entire half of a game? It must be 10-15 yrs since that happened, I have been a loyal Hawaii fan, the alumni and the school AD in hawaii are soft and not vocal about their coaching when it comes to bad mistakes, time for MCmaklin should be gone and take Tomey with him. I have been praying and hoping that they realize their mistake in letting June Jones go to SMU, June has done a good job there but it might be time for the University of Hawaii to start realizing they need him or a similar coach like him. Playing in your own Bowl game year in and year out is a boring proposition, Seems like we are going back in time and feeling comfortable with mediocraty. Time for a serious change, a serious attitude adjustment and a coach who sees that we need to take controll of our own desity as a school, not playing in a rusty stadium like Aloha Stadium, Politics is obviously prevalant in Hawaii. The State is costing the Islands Millions of dollars in revenue by not allowing the school to have their own stadium, attracting the right talent and the right coach is what the people and the state of Hawaii needs.........NOW!!!!!

I think Mac is a great head coach but his heart is too big. doing another back to back timeout thing probably would of won the game again. My thoughts...Rolo needs to stop with the whole scripting of the first drive crap. Thats not how this offense works. Aranda needs to adjust faster, and the fact that his DBs are only 5&#x27;8" is the reason they cant do too much swarming blitz packages cuz the backfield is easily BURNT. Tomey is a joke. I have coached OLine and ST Line and watching these ST plays is just plain disgusting. With the amount of years experience he has, its amazing how much fundamentals are missing with this unit. OLine is a joke...again. i bet this team week in and week out forgetting about how much speed this team has lost since last year. these slots are a joke. Rewatch the game and show me one play where they went over the middle...ridiculous. I win Saturdays and lose by rolling it on these guys. My own fault. The culture is not here anymore. We have 60 year old "clappers" in the stands, no organized yells or chants, no sell-outs. What should happen...give the school the stadium, coaching changes in some areas, let the school keep the revenue and not the state, have a committee that actually comes up with a chant or yell or something. similar to Oregons game long "O" chant....noise that fucks with the opposition. So much to do...&#xD;&#xA;[/Quote]&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA; finally someone saif it other than me. the pride of Hawaii football is not be taken lightly, throw away all the old relics who are "comfortable" with Hawaii football. entering into the MWC is not going to change the fortunes of Hawaiis ability to get better calibur talent, it&#x27;s just names changing WAC to the MWC we will be playing Boise St if the dont go BYU an old and fearsom foe from battle test days of decades ago, fresno st, UNLV and other schools we used to play on a regular basis. I&#x27;m not impressed witht the sight of things to come, I can foesee a bleek future for Hawaii and the next 5 yrs of being mediocre, including this year as a start.
