My other question is units. I don't mean to say chase on, but should I bid up my units? I usually $50/unit.
Take some time off.....maybe skip a week or two of betting and just watch the games.
Sounds like the "bad beats" are probably from late turnovers and untimely pass interference calls. It is hard not to take that stuff personally, but the bad breaks will even out.
JD is right though.....do not increase your bet size until you get the ship under control. Bet before you drink....simple as that.

EVERYONE who has done this for a while has experienced the cold streaks. Sometimes it's not how good you capp a game but just a simple bounce of the ball, a bad call by the ref, a special teams meltdown.
Take for instance the Fresno game. Up 12 and Boise calls a fake punt from their 10 and I lose a game I had. It completely changed the momentum. Normally, I would have went in the tank and got buried Saturday. This time, I just wrote it off and let it go.
Go back to what made you money in the past. Most of all take the emotion out (easier said than done). However, the best advice is HAVE FUN! That is the whole point of this. It's entertainment.........

Lock in your early plays. Then, make a list of 2 or 3 late games that you kinda like. If the early games go well, drunk bet the "kinda like" games for small change, or throw them in a parlay.
Its hard for a gambler to change his ways, but altering them can be beneficial.
