Actually, let's do this like Euro soccor: the two best college teams move to the NFL and the two pro teams with the worst record have to play a college schedule. (the Lions would be in Div III by now)

usc QB is better then whaterever his face is mofriwnfoski. Usc defense is better i mean how many of ther players went to the nfl last year? They come back with one of the best in the country!!!! maybe they would lose the game but it wouldn't bad as some of you think. Like i said earlier i tought i would never of said it but i really think the lions are that bad

Notice how most players who make it to the NFL, gain more muscles and weight. That right there tells you the level of training, they receive in the NFL.

I think Covers should automatically ban ANY fool that makes this claim. This is an idiotic assumption. Do the Lions sucks, yes, but they would still win by AT LEAST 40, assuming they didn't put the practice squad in at the half, then it would be 24+.

When people say this type of thing as a joke it is amusing though generic. But I agree with the people who have already told you how retarded this statement is, since you seem to mean it.
The Lions are not the worst team ever IMHO. There are a lot of one and two win teams that have been blown out every other game save for as few fluke wins. I am pretty sure the St. Louis Rams lose by a bigger amount of points on average, for insatnce.
The Lions almost beat a lot of good teams this year. They competed hard in some of those games. If they were beat by 50 every week you might be onto something but they could have easily won a few games had the ball bounced their way a few times.
To even trot USC on the field would be an insult. They would whip them out of pride and probably be ecstatic to look great on the field for once. Like the middle school kid who gets beat up all day then comes home to beat up his elementary school brother just for good measure.
Lions 49, USC 17. (and I kept the Lions score lower out of respect for a great college D that should get at least a few punts out of them!)

Heres the best way to look at it. How many guys from USC will go pro? Lets say they have 10! Now put that up against 53 pros on the Detroit Roster. If USC or any college team played a pro team it would be an absolute ass kickin! Detroit would beat them by as many points as they wanted to. Even though Detroit is awful, the athletes from team to team in the NFL are not that different. There is no way a college team could even hang with the worst NFL team ever! The size and quickness of the NFL team would dominate in every phase of the team. I'm not even sure USC would score to be honest! They might get 10 at the most!

I would give USC 6 downs on every play and only 5 yards to get first down and USC would still lose. Why? One big reason. The first time that Sanchez and all the back up QBs gets DRILLED to the ground the game is over. The Lions tackling will end the season for so many USC players including Ray Mualalualulaulaulualauluga its not even funny.

No they won't, but every player on the Lions went pro, all the Lions players were enough of a standout in college to be drafted. No college team could ever beat a pro team, no matter how bad the pro team appears to be.
remember now matt milan drafted these losers so theres potential that half the roster have no buisness in the pros. theres your answer
