I SEVERELY underestimated Clemson... They played in a horrible conference, and I did not think they would have the depth to play with Bama for 4 quarters and I thought our players matched up and were better than theirs, and I was wrong...

Clemson, is BY FAR the best team in the ACC... The fact that those players were still stacking the box and effecting the pass rush the way they did is unbelievable. Watson is an amazing QB, and I was proud that our defense was able to at least contain him.

I just could never be more proud of a team... Alabama has fought like they did last night all season, and they have just refused to lose football games. It took everything we had to win that game, and my hat is off to Clemson. Thank you for an amazing game.

Yeah, I was shocked at the blown coverage.. Coker had a lot of bad passes in the first half, but he managed to save us in the second.

Classy post.      That Watson kid was awesome.   That Alabama defense is most talented defense I've seen in a while.   Saban out coached Daba something awful.

Most talented defense that gave up 40??

Bama won because Clemson's secondary left guys wide open 3 times.

For the most part the defense stepped up big when they needed to... That was what won the game for us... Breaking up passes, stops on drives, the pick by Eddie Jackson... Yes, Clemson's secondary is horrible, but there were other factors.

No there weren't other factors. Clemson's secondary gave up 14 GIMME points that a highschool football team would have covered better. That was the difference. Clemson was outplaying bama for 3+ quarters, each of their scores were hard fought . Mackensie Alexander went down and that proved to be huge. Im not even a Clemson fan but if anybody watched the whole game last night that's what the difference was. 

With that being said, a win is a win, Congrats to Bama.

Good this Bama won the game AND still learned a lesson on covering a rabbit with a cannon for an arm!! Fuuk dude? You do know Watson is a beast right? 80% of the passes he completed were covered and contested! That white WR is bad azz too! And if you don't think Bamas defense is not the best in CFB, why the fuuk was they there and are now 16 time National Champs?

Funny thing is, I was talking to some Clemson fans and was telling them about Boom Boom and the guy stopped me and said "stop, just stop.. We know that fukin moron.. Pay no attention to him, he clutters up our home board with Bama / SEC hate everyday".. Lmfao...

Saban/Bama "DYNASTY" it is boys. What I like about Saban is he is such a "CLASS" person. If you listen to him interview and you are intelligent enough to understand what he is saying you can understand why he is so successful. You could tell in Dabo's interview that he had learned much from being around Saban and I would also say that Dabo also has "CLASS". It is because of Saban's character that recruiting is so great at Bama. He really knows how to affect people in a positive way, coaches and players. look at how many good coaches have left him, someone new comes in and they don't miss a beat. He is the exact definition of a Great Leader, people want to follow. get ready for he will win more trophies. I heard something in one of his first press conferences when he landed in Alabama. It was televised so you can go back and listen. He told the press, there are more important things than winning football games and they could not believe what he said but I understood what he was saying. Bear said the same thing but in different words. They, being Bear, Saban and other great coaches mold the character of the person knowing that comes first and is most important. Once that is achieved then they become successful football players. This is why you had two championship playing great football last night. Alabama is blessed to have him as not just a coach but a great person and more than that a great leader. If you listen to the players and interviews from the past two days you will hear all these things mentioned, I did not make it up. ROLL TIDE!!! Best wishes to all on this site!

In terms of stats on both sides of the ball, Clemson wins. Congrats to Alabama though and Saban. He's either a genius or a fool for that onside call in the 4th. It worked out in his favor, so he's a genius haha.

I do think Clemson wins this game if they don't lose Mackensie. It takes a team effort, but when you lose an All-American and your leader in the secondary, it'll affect the team physically and mentally. The 3 long pass plays to OJ Howard (2 for TD) were to the weak side replacement CB.

Also, the kickoff return really hurt them. Big plays were the difference in this game and Alabama had 3 major big plays.

Clemson should be tough next year. Congrats to Alabama and thank you for the last second cover by Clemson.

I totally agree bro, and I feel sorry for the people that just hate Alabama SO much that they cannot respect that they are living and witnessing a dynasty right now... When we are all much older we will be proud to say that we witnessed this, and I couldn't be more proud.
