I’m sure you’re dealing with a local. With that said, here’s my thoughts on the situation. First you are a sleazy piece of crap for betting without having the resources to pay if you lose. When you placed your first bet with him, you entered into a contract that was agreed upon by both of you that when you won he would pay and when you lost you would pay. It’s called “Honor” something you apparently don’t have. Next, your local must be a total douche bag for not vetting you, or having someone to vouch for your sorry behind. However, there’s no way in hell in today’s world that a local would bust your lousy, lowlife behind, because that might bring unwanted heat to him. People like you make me sick.

I've seen a lot of gamblers like you around here and a few bookies that ditch out after the superbowl don't have enough money for the payout. IMO just move on, there's no commitment between you and the local bookie. that's the risk the local bookie have to make to earn easy money without paying tax. I've see bookie that ran away with 100k+ payout so no worries, only if they have someone beat you up but I doubt. Bookie usually chose a person the commit to pay but sometime it doesn't goes that way and thats a lost for him. If we don't see you in here a couple days then it's bad new, it rarely happen but it happen.

Are you serious? Calm down dude! People like you make me sick. This guy made a bad mistake....a very bad one, but no reason to make him feel worse.

Some of you are person . Don't keep knocking the guy when he's down. Yes you were wrong betting money u don't have . Sucks the situation u in . Gotta sell your car go get a line of credit or some type of loan take care this . Take a long break from this . Stack paper back up . If you ever come back don't do local bookies . I bet now on betonline . I control my habits better cause it's my own money that I put in . With local bookies they give u a limit but it's like borrowed money . You get reckless and bet a lot cause I did . Learn my lesson . I haven't touch a local bookie for 2 years now . Best decision in my life . Only downside is I don't get paid every week .

Most bookies won't do garbage except maybe keep nagging you for the money, which is understandable if you are not paying your debt. It really isn't worth it for them to start any trouble with you as far as physically harming you because it will just draw attention to them and they are not looking for that. Having said that, in rare circumstances if you are dealing with a big time bookie there can be some issues. My advice to you would be to pay him what you can anytime you have money until your debt is paid in full. Also, don't ever place a wager again unless you have the funds to cover a bet. Join an online sportsbook and these issues will not issues won't occur.
