Will they still be ranked #3 ? They are playing an awful defense. If they win by 7 or 14, will they still be ranked #3?

This was the "trap" game for Texas and they were able to survive. They will take care of Nebraska and wait on the SEC winner. The loser of the SEC title game will end up playing TCU in the Sugar Bowl.

Seriously, the hate on Texas is getting kind of ridiculous on the forum today. Other than the Texas/OU game all of Texas&#x27; wins have been blowouts. A handful of Florida&#x27;s games have been won by ten points or less so far this season, while only TWO of Texas&#x27; games have come down to that small of a margin.Texas will remain number one and may take the Chamionship again this year. Florida or Alabama will have their hands full with Texas. Texas defense slipped a little tonight, but show me a team that hasn&#x27;t had a game where their defense just wasn&#x27;t on that night. It didn&#x27;t cost them the game, at no point did A&amp;M ever have the lead, and they never stayed tied for very long.
