I gotta think Illi is much to green for a trip to a NFL stadium playing a top 25 team and on National TV..Pretty big stage for this young team... lllinois has started more true freshmen than any team in the nation...Illinois has played 17 true freshmen, the second-most in the nation ..A total of 30 players, including 17 true freshmen, made their Illini debuts during the first two games of 2017.... Out of 101 total players on the roster there are just nine total seniors, tied for the second-least in FBS – Georgia Southern (8) and Wake Forest (9).....
