I'm ranting about Winston,ESPN,FSU fans plus more...

Alright guys Jameis Winston won't be charged in the rape case which isn't a shock to me but while watching the coverage there were a few things which pissed me off and made me lose iq points. I'll get to them right now

1. The notion that Winston is 100% innocent

Whether or not Winston raped that woman we'll never know but the notion that because he wasn't charged he's innocent is a crock. He may not be guilty of rape but he's guilty of being an idiot. Why put yourself in that position by going to a bar? Winston is in this mess because he thought with little Jameis and not big Jameis. My advice to Winston drink a can of Pepsi and keep it in your pants and you shouldn't get in much trouble

2. ESPN missed the boat

With him not being charged ESPN is now talking he's back in the Heisman race etc. Do you understand the gravity of the situation? Winston was accused of rape i don't care about the Heisman. Hell he should win the Heisman but the 1st thing post press conference shouldn't be he's back in the Heisman race

3. My apology to Penn State fans

To thisguyiswise and teaser and the rest i would like to apologize. I thought Happy Valley was the only place that was creepy and only cared about football but apparently Tallahassee is as well. Did you see this jacka$$ for ESPN interviewing FSU fans after the news? I almost snapped. this 1 girl with an iq of beandip said"i'm glad its over so we can focus on a national title" Really thats what matters the most? Then this 1 dunce said Winston wouldn't do something like this and the reporter said well how would you know and the guy said "I know Winston" NO YOU DON'T! No one knows Winston no one knows anybody

Train69 and i are friends he seems like a nice guy but he may beat his wife for all i know{I don't think he does but you get the point} Isn't this what you hear in stories of the nice neighbor who turns out to be a serial killer and the media will talk to his neighbors and they'll say "He seemed like a nice guy" STOP IT PLEASE no one knows Winston or anybody in this world. As Chris Rock once said "You're not meeting them you're meeting their representitive"

I'll wrap this up because now i have a headache. No one in the world is a bigger fan of Jameis Winston than me. However i said when this story broke if he's guilty lock him up as far as i'm concerned. And that goes for anyone in that situation as well. He may not have charges brought on him but he's guilty of flunking the moron test. If you can't see that then what can you see?

I think it's pretty clear cut one or two things happened here if you read between the lines. The report says that one of jameis' friends barged in on them when she was giving him head. She then shooed them away and they continued. What i think happened is one of two things. She either told him to stop after they closed the door and they continued to have intercourse (very possible), or she was embarassed that she got caught sucking this athlete off and felt ashamed and mad so she decided to try to ruin him (also very possible). Im leaning towards the first, but i honestly have no idea.

atl i disagree he put himself in a bad position. best way to not get accused of rape is by keeping it in your pants. thus i've never been accused

Winston is absolutely an idiot. He is by no means alone in this, there have been and are lots of idiotic college athletes. But packers is right. If you don't wanna get in trouble, grab your can of Pepsi and keep it in your pants. ESPECIALLY when you have a multi-million dollar pro career ahead of you

That type of stuff happens all the time at college in the frat house, ball players apartments etc, I have seen it with my own eyes numerous times.  From your account people should just sit in their room and not do anything for saying he is guilty of being an idiot. The reality is people like to go out and have a good time and that what sounded like happened and she got embarrassed from her behavior. She has a boyfriend, and probably seen as some "honorable" high class young lady so to be treated like a groupie person mess up her reputation so the best way to save face is to say rape.

For ESPN what else are they supposed to talk about? All the facts came out there is no base to charge the guy on anything what else is there to talk about????????

Me personally I think it creepy to throw out accusations on people that are not true.  Put yourself in Winston shoes somebody says that you raped them and it is a false charge now you are automatically a criminal, a monster, predator just because somebody said you did something? What about the high school guy who actually got tried and convicted of rape lost scholarship to USC, life ruined only for the girl to come out this year and say she lied so she wouldn't get in trouble for cutting class? You think he is a creep also?????

No i hear you. Im not saying he should be a hermit. But if you're gonna screw around with a girl who has a bf, then you
have to realize there will be repercussions. Personally, i think high profile athletes like that should take better care of their reputation and watch their actions more. But that's just me.

And what about the girl she's even more of an idiot if you believe her story. And her friend lets her leave with a stranger if she is so drunk she is at blackout levels???????? If she that drunk why is the bartender still serving her? Just too much there doesn't add up for me

Whether he did it or not, he didn't seem overly worried about the whole situation. And i think that's more a case of the state of sports now. Players do stupid things all the time and get themselves into terrible situations and they just skate through. So my whole previous statement is void now. Players can almost do what they want, if they're high profile enough, and get away with it

I wasn't really commenting on the validity of her story or whether he was guilty or not. I was more focussing on how Winston should have just avoided this mess. Yes, sometimes they are unavoidable. But this one wasn't...

As far as Winston goes....cut the kid some slack. Hes a 18 year old on top of the world. OF COURSE HES THINKING WITH LITTLE JAMEIS!! Hes fresh out of high school and doesnt know anything about life and how to see the potential for bad things to happen down the road. A girl wanted to suck him off and bone him.....I'm not ready to put him in the gallows for not over thinking that proposition.....

It's over as far as him being charged.. Move on.. If you wanna continue to talk and state your opinion, that is your perogitive, but he wasn't charged, so move on...

If he was charged, then lets talk.. Time to get back to football.. And I have daughters, so I said if he was found guilty, then by all means, do what ya gotta do.. But he wasn't.. So...

Packers, I agree with your points 2 and 3.  I have to disagree somewhat to your number 1 point.  Granted, there was not enough evidence to move forward with prosecution which in my eyes makes him innocent from rape.  Did he put himself in a bad position?  Probably, but what 19 year college kid hasn't.  I guess my point is that anyone at anytime can file an accusation at anyone at anytime.  Don't get me wrong I'm not on either side but it wouldn't be the first time false accusations were made.  No one wins in this situation as both parties reputation have been damaged.  Even though Jamison was exonerated his reputation will be scared for life.  (handshake)

Why do you only refer to college athletes?  What about all of the non participating athletic students that go to the bar or party and connect with another partner?  Bad situation?  Cmon, at anytime someone could make accusations towards someone else.  Its unfortunate but it happens.  Just pray it doesn't happen to you.

There are a few things very suspicious about the whole thing that make me think this was more of getting off on the charges but not innocent.

-Girl's BAL was only like .04.  Her memory was likely altered by GHB or another drug.   This put holes in her memory and therefore testimony...

-She did not know who the assailant was when she filed the report, describing him as a black male in jeans and a red shirt.  no mention of him being a football player or anything else

-The report was filed immediately after she was dropped off by a man on a scooter (assuming Winston or his roommate)

-Winston was nowhere near as "famous" as he is now, being a redshirt freshman at the time.  I doubt she followed his recruiting rankings as a HS player or knew who he was

-I am sure many of us hooked up with a lot of party girls in college.  How many had a rape kit done afterwards??

I really hope for Jameis' case and hers that this was not a rape and merely fabrication or confusion.  Hopefully everyone can move on from it now no worse for the wear and learn a lesson about putting yourself in bad situations.

Well I do and most straight men do, so it's easy to get in a situation like that.  Any girl that you have ever fuckeddd can get mad at you for any reason and say you raped her and it's your word against hers.  It happened to a friend of mine, but nothing came up of.  The girl just didn't want other people at my school to know my friend fuckeddd her.  Girls do this kind of stuff all the time, if you deal with women it's always possible they can say you sexually assaulted them or raped them if you have any kind of sexual contact.

So just be thankful it has never happened to you, or be happy some girl isn't pissed at you or isn't crazy.  Cause you never know.

Winston did absolutely nothing wrong Pack. Maybe he shouldnt have been in a bar but having sex with a girl is normal athlete behavior. You say you dont put yourself in positions to have sex with women? Well you are not an NCAA stud bra. Not everybody lives the same lifestyle as you. If Mr. winston wants to pipe down a chic theres nothing wrong with that. You seem like you are mad he didnt get incarcerated. An investigation was completed and no charges were brought forward. Jameis's name should remain clean

Whoever has the idea that i wanted Winston locked up you're wrong. If he was charged go ahead my problem is the guy did something stupid so i'm calling him on it. But in Obama's america you aren't allowed to criticize anyone

Does he have the right to go a bar? Yes he does. does he have the right to do as he pleases? Yes i'm not saying that should be taken away form him. But in this world we have a freedom of choice but we don't have freedom of consequences for our choices

I'll wrap this up Winston has something you,me and99.9% of the world don't have he has a LOTTERY TICKET in his hand that he will cash someday. Also as big a fan of his that i am that "Manziel Disease" comment came back to bite him with this whole mess. I'm 1 of the biggest Jameis Winston fans in the world but when you do something dumb i have to call you on it
