Iowa State infuriating at the moment. They dominate the field until they get to the Akron 10, gain 3 yards on 3 plays from there, and then miss an easy field goal.

Rant Time:
I am so very very very very very mad at myself for taking the UCLA play. I would've said this win or lose, but I'm obviously saltier. And here's why: for me, a key purpose of this project of mine is to avoid making plays when multiple profitable cappers are on both sides of a play. That describes the UCLA / Memphis game to a T. Lots of good cappers were on the Hollywood Starlets, lots of good cappers were on the Elvises. And, as if that weren't enough, the gambling guy on ESPN College GameDay said this morning, "This is a stay away game". Simply put, I got greedy here. Anyone who watched this game knew that either team could've easily covered, that was clear from the start. Dag nabbit. My greed got the best of my intellect in this one.
I certainly don't get mad about every loss. I have no problem with the Michigan loss. Multiple profitable cappers were on the Fightin' Gerald Fords, and I didn't see any profitable cappers who were on the B-52s. I don't cap the games, I cap the cappers. In this case, Michigan was an auto-pick. I have no problem losing that game. At least 20% of my picks are gonna be losses where I did nothing wrong. I'm just really trying to limit the high-risk losses.
