This has nothing to do with the NFL..just pure college.sorry,Peyton and Eli arent on this list..top 10 NOT IN ORDER..1.Tommy Frazier 2.Dan Marino 3.Doug Flutie 4.Cam Newton 5.Vince Young 6.Andre Ware 7.Tim Tebow 8.Johnny Football 9.Heath Shuler 10.Charlie Ward..other honorable mentions-Elway s Sr year I didnt see him live once in 1982..Danny Weurfal-he was damn good,but his wide recievers were just so damn wide open partly because of Spurrier s FunNgUN,..,Matt Leinart was incredible partly because he had Bush,wideouts,NFL off and def lines..Halloway from Okla,Greise of Mich,Rick Meyer who I thought would be the next Joe Montana..i saw Doug Flutie come back and beat Bama and he was just a 1 man wrecking crew..what do u guys think?

On TV....Kellen Moore was damn good too..Its hard to match Cam s single season IMO..takes Auburn to a National Championship with 7 come from behind wins-really,he almost had no business winning half of those.He picks up the Heisman Trophy and goes on to be the #1 pick in NFL draft then translates that to a Pro Bowl along with Rookie of Year...Johnny Football s 6 game end the season stretch was downright nasty.He didnt look like the same player that lost to Florida then beat Bama what 7 weeks later..

I mean, it&#x27;s difficult to judge based on a number of criteria......Guys that throw for a billion yards: see BYU, Hawaii under June Jones, UofH, Texas Tech under The Pirate, Florida Qbs under Ol&#x27; Ball Coach, etc.Do they have to run also? Tommie Frazier, any Oregon Qb, Newton, Kap, Johnny Football?Do they have to win the Big One? 1) Dave Dickinson, University of Montana 1992-1995. Amazing.

Admittedly a homer pick, but in the national title year of 1995 Montana's offense was unstoppable.

So many other good ones.....David Klingler, Jason White, Kliff Kingsbury, Ken Dorsey, Tommie Frazier, Scott Frost, Jaemele Holloway. Tebow was tough to beat.....and Browning Nagle had the biggest arm I have ever seen when he played for Louisville.

There are so many good ones, after #1, I have no idea.
