Is anyone watching this game?

Came on here to see if other people were seeing the same thing as I was.  Like what on earth is going on here.  No reviews on TD's.  Does anyone else realize the clock did NOT stop ONCE on 1st downs when it should always stop.  A penalty flag just picked up with no explanation.  And the Texas St. coach is downright awful.

Why not try a Hail Mary after a penalty flag gives you 4th and 2 with no time remaining.  Or even an absurdly long FG.  But to just do nothing...makes no sense.  And I have ZERO money on the game but just as confused and perturbed watching this.

 I counted at least 20-30 seconds the clock was taken off. The clock runner is on the rigging as well. Yet no one comments on it... I've never seen this level of incompetence which leads me to think this is intentional incompetence for rigging.
