ask me that when then play OSU and he gets knocked out of the game in the first qtr;

look at this schedule and show me any team thats defense is in the top 50 and micigans defense is 73rd

Since he a running qb who is their entire offense and he has yet to play a team with a defense in the top 75 lets hold off on how great he is; yes he is a good player but lets see him face some stiff competition when he tries to run those qb runs all the time with players that are just as fast as him

Please get yo' self a tape of the National Championship game...USC v. Texas.

Vince Young's performance in that game is unparalleled.

He did for two seasons at Austin.

Please look as the tapes.

agreed but it was one game. vince is a way better player than denard. not better than bush over a 3 yr career.

Vince did it for two years...and he overcame the second worst coach in CFB in the last 10 years, next to Lloyd Carr.

hes only a sophmore carry an entire program thats been down for 2 years...maybe not in last 10 years, but def this yr and last few

You mean if he was playing for Oregon..can you imagine the numbers that he would put up playing for the Ducks if he decided to go there instead of Ohio State? I mean he did it for a better chance to become a NFL quarterback but if he was on this Oregon team their offense would be amazing

That's more realistic.  Pat White/Steve Slaton...the same mold.  Typical RR recruit.

Bush was a flashy guy.  But his return numbers were average.

He is great.  THe things that separate him from Young and Vick and make him better at this level against lesser talent will undermine him and keep him from doing anything in the NFL.  His superfast upright running style will get this kid killed its like putting a CB in at QB in video games.

 

Rich Rod is a perfect system for him, RR never asked Pat White to do to much and DR is a better thrower than White was.  Sky is the limit for what he can do at Michigan.  IF he stays healthy.

 

BTW Sam Bradford wasnt too durable his Junior year and it didnt affect his career too much.

We need to see him play some good teams to say anything even close to that.....I agree with the board he is a going to get hurt.....defensive players eyes light up and wanna kill QB's when they take off running, its only going to take one huge hit. Also theres a 000.000000 chance he plays quarterback in the NFL in my opinion.
