Line movement only happens so the books can equal out the bets. If 100 people are betting, they want 50 on team A and 50 on team B. They make money off the burn.
Line movement doesn't really have anything to do on the books thinking team A or B is going to win or not (unless a major injury or player change). They are just trying to equal out the bets and make money.
Just cap the game and go by that.

I usually don't pay any attention to line movement when the plays are around 50/50 but a 4 points swing from being a dog to being a favor is a bit much. As for the spread, it doesn't affect it that much because chances are the winner will cover the spread but the ML does change drastically from a home favor to a home dog.

If you want to get into what the public is betting, on Sportsbook.com they are betting Nevada 52%. Now this is real money not consensus picks like on Covers. My rule of thumb when a line flips like this one because of public betting i always take the team that was favored first..GL
