Those two unsuccessful 4th down calls on Oklahoma definitely doomed them.

Unbelievable to go up 14-0 in a bowl vs a team that only runs and you can't win. Literally did everything they could to make it so Navy could come back. The one score they get is of course called back

I'm on Navy, but I'll be honest, I thought the game was over at 14-0.  Looked like Navy didn't have an answer for Hawkins speed and the Sooners had the triple option figured out. There's been a few key plays that have decided this one.  Oklahoma has dropped or misthrown a few passes that would have been for huge gains.  Then of course, Horvath's 90+ yard TD run.  And a couple critical penalties called against the Sooners.
