is it me or does it seem like there's much more competitive teams to start out the season? i always remember looking at the beginning of bowling season and thinking man, i don't rreally have any interest in these games. this weekend looks good!

cold and rainy doesn't do a team like sjsu any favors, but i doubt it's much of a factor to emu. sjsu d is hot garbage so i doubt they travel to show up today and they really have not played well on the road all year. emu got smoked their last bowl game so i'm sure they'll want to even out the odds and play motivated today, especially since they haven't had a bowl win in who knows how long. that's the bullet points for my reasoning. wahoo has some nice value propositions in the hootrain thread as well
