just announced on ESPN,2 players Spencer Ware & Tyrann matthews suspended for Sat games.

sounds pretty big on ESPN to me,like my Aub play more now

exactly...but watching ESPN you would think Auburn is some sort of challenge for them. Could be a different story if it weren't a home game for the Tigers

It's a big deal...line is dropping...Auburn covers three TDs but bought to go underline that now...glad I locked in at +22.5

i couldnt care less , no big deal ,  the thing is, ESPN always make a huge deal of things that are really not, those suspensions wont affect a bit the outcome

wich is Auburn will get rapped

Covers thinking is back-asswards here.....

unless you're talking about Luck or Moore or few others maybe....you always immediately lean to the team WITH the injured or suspended key players
    *especially if the favorite and in non-competitive game

here it may serve as a LSU wake-up call.....as the line drops...the HAT may be the way to go here

Really hope they are not suspended for the bama game.  If we do win really dont want to hear that LSU would have won if they had Spencer Ware.

With Mathieu and his backup Simon out LSU will be somewhat short handed, but like someone else said LSU's secondary is very deep even tho its full of sophmores. They are damn good sophmores. None of these suspensions will matter in the Bama game either bc LSU has capable backups at running back built from the same mold as spencer ware. Also that game will be won on the offensive and defensive lines. Whoever dominates in the trenches will win no matter who is playing running back and corner back

It's important to remember that ESPN is touting Tyrann Mathieu as the Second Coming of Charles Woodson, hence why such a big deal is being made of it,

I like Auburn to cover, but the suspensions won't have much of an impact on the game.

I do too JFen,,I was just posting the info that I saw on ESPN today.  I had picked Aub +22 1/2 early in the week.  I didnt mean for everyone to start an argument about it.  Good Luck this week

Auburn won't score more than 14 points in this game, and I feel this is a generous statement. LSU's defensive line will be enough to stop Auburn's, for lack of a better word, "offense." On the other side of the ball, I think Michael Ford, and big boy Alfred Blue will do just fine handling the running attack seeing that they get used in most games anyways.

I agree Fader,this is not a big line move in this game,its only 1 pt on my book. I had played Aub early in the week at +22 1/2.  The big line moves I have seen are like the Ill/Pur game. It started at 6 1/2,and dropped to 4,thats a bigger movement consider the line number.  Best of luck to you this week

anyone else glad the line is dropping? lsu still has blue and ford to run the ball and there are 11 guys on defense not 1.. matheiu is a great player but the defense is still good without him
