Just curious.....

Why would anyone tail a capper on this site that does not update and list their current win/loss record and their current unit record ???

Seems crazy to me but I see alot of guys out there posting plays with no records... 

I always post my current win/loss record and unit record in every post I start... Only makes sense to me... I never hide anything... Win or Lose... No need to.

Perhaps a better question is why would anyone tail anyone else on any site?  The fact is that you should be making your own wagers based on your own research.  If you want to include other opinions on a game, that is fine, but to base a selection solely on the opinion of someone else is just begging for disaster.  It is your money.  You make the decision.  You have no way of knowing how much others wager (if they wager at all), and how often they wager.  You also must take into account all the various ways that people can pad their stats.  If you are not good enough to make a decision on your own, you should not be wagering.  Remember one thing. It is a well known fact that 85% or more of the people who wager on football end up losers for the season.  Caviat Emptor.

Regardless of whether anyone tails, people should post their win / loss record at all times.  Otherwise, assume they are not winning and their negative in units.

I actually saw someone post a 55% average for the last six weeks only.  I don't feel like looking into it, but I know they were here for the start of the season.  Since the first four weeks tore up most people on this site, I guess it's okay to start fresh in week 5 with a new record.

I Just Like To Post Who I Think Is Gonna Win I Like To Get Advice On Here. And Units Are BS To Me Kus No One Ever Says What Thir Units Are Worth. I'm A Gambler And I Bet Larger But When I Put 4000.00 On A Game And Someone Says I Have 20Units On Their HOT PICK Their 20 Units Are Usually $20. I Don't Care About A Cappers Winning % Or Units I Just Get Advice And Bet My Own $$ And If I Lose Or Win I Don't Cry Or Praise Anyone On The Site And I Garauntee That One Of My Bets That Win Will Outnumber Most Units The Cappers Are Up Not That I'm Braggin But I Just Found Out A Unit Was Anywhere From .05- $10 Avg But I Know It Kan Go Up Way Higher So I'd Rather Know What $ Amount Youre Wagering On The Game

I do read things peeps write as why they are on a team as the more info you can find on any game only helps you,but a post like

Toledo  GOY   get on it 

Those mean nothing,but since I used Tol.,anyone know if they have a QB for this game,lol

No point in tailing anyone. 

some records are misreprestended, but the majority of "unit" claims are flat out BS. 

I kind of look at angles and opposing ideas as a way of evaluating what I see or think will happen. 

I like to see who people "I know" are on as well.

Well the first thing I thought about when I read your thread is a capper on here named "Rush" and the answer is simple. He does not need to post his record because he is a well known and respected capper on covers.

not sure i agree with bigdaddy.  some people have a lot more time and knowledge than i have.  so i would trust their picks more than my own, esp. if they are a proven winner at this.  why would i not bet based on people that are better than me?  it is my money and i want to win more.

i also have started keeping records of a few guys that don't update to see how they actually do (rush, pucku, etc.).  i do tail people so i want to know who has a great track record.

hit the nail on the head... Why call people out? Just let it be..

Lets get something straight fellas... I'm not trying to call any one person out. If I was I would not have a problem doing so believe you me.  Some cappers on here do a very fine job and have no problem stating their record but most others do not post records. Just check out the front page right now. Why not? Must be their too busy I guess.

 

To BigdaddyQH  I do agree with most of what you said, but their are some people on here I'm sure that can't even pick their nose let alone pick a winner but still enjoy making a wager now and then and decide to tail somebody. So my question to them is
