I've had two Westies in the past the one you see in my avatar past away a few years ago died of old age at 12 years old the one I had prior had Lymphoma after 4 yrs old.
Most reputable breeders up here in Ontario, Canada for Westies are expensive either way unfortunately.
Westies can cost any where from $350 us and go up to as much as $3,800 us especially for breeding or show.
They're Hypoallergenic by the way I'm allergic to dog hair but not Dogs like Poodles or Westie which are more related to Human hair and they don't shed at all like normal dogs.
Remember they are pure breds but If I were to get another dog it would be another Westie.
You'll have to do some research on the internet in your area unless you know some one who has owned one.

Thanks my friend! Yes, everything locally is 2,500 and up! I also like the hypoallergenic dogs, as I have a maltese and a terrier mix (both of which don't really shed). I'll keep looking, but thought I'd ask you!! GL again this season!
