What on earth would make you say that?  They haven't scored a TD now for their last 6 quarters with him at QB anyway, why do they win no problem with him healthy?  Bottom line, every single play he is an injury risk or a potential turnover, when he's playing a defense with a pulse.  

Don't be a hater bro.  He made the critical plays when he had to against your Spattan team last week.  You can bang on him all you want, but when the game was on the line last week vs MSU, he delivered, and the last time I checked, your defense has a pulse. 

And, Yes, I too agree with CAPUT43.  If Drob finishes the game, they do win (GOING AWAY!!)  I will tell you "what on earth made" made him say that, because he (as well as myself) must have not been watching the same game as you were.

Anybody could tell in the first 5 minutes of that game who was going to win.  It was just a matter of time.  Michigan was winning on the LOS on both sides of the ball.  Michigan would have won that game by two scores.

Oh, he definitely made the play he needed to vs MSU.  But it's stupid to argue about this but how can you say that if he doesn't get hurt they win?  It's strictly hypothetical and can't be proven either way.  Bottom line, they lost and they haven';t scored a TD with him playing for 6 quarters. That was a horrible spot for them, big-time letdown spot.  They're college kids, doesn't matter what's at stake, they have letdowns, especially after a win in which the fans rush the field.

I understand its a "hypothetical" but what I watched was an O & D line getting great push up front.  Drob had them on a 1st & goal when he got hurt.  Do they score a TD there?  Idk, but imo Drob eventually was going to bust a couple huge runs (Just like Braxton Miller did "eventually").  As I was sitting watching the game I was 100% confident they were going to win that game after watching the first quarter (And I rarely get that way watching Michigan).  But to me, it was evident; Michigan was pushing the LOS on both sides.  "Typically" (and I stress that word) a team that wins the LOS, will win the game.  Michigan was in SEVEN 3rd & 5 or less up to the point when Drob got hurt.  SEVEN!  IMO, you can't win a game putting Drob in that type of offense.  That kid can pick up 3 yards just by looking at the ground.  It was evident Nebraska was not going to blitz him (trying to keep their lanes) and that doesn't work either.  Drob picked up two first downs after having enough time to order a pizza while looking for somebody to throw to.  Nebraska was trying to play a "prevent" defense basically.  It wasn't working, nor was it going too.  Again, IMO, eventually, Michigan was going to score (and score multiple times).  You keep saying that Michigan hasn't scored in 6 quarters, well, 4 of those were against a VERY good defense that EVERYBODY has trouble scoring on; including ND, Ohio State, Wisconsin, Iowa, etc.  Michigan would have scored plenty of TD's last night (imo) - just like Ohio State did, who struggled in the first quarter, and then exploded for 28 points in the second.  Combine that with a coaching staff from Michigan that is pretty good at game time adjustments, and again, I feel Michigan wins (and wins comfortably).  

All that said.  They lost.  Drob got hurt, their back-up wasn't ready, and they got beat.  If I have a problem with anything, I think the staff had to switch to Gardner.  I understand he wasn't practicing at QB, but he knows the plays.  And after Bellomy went 0-6, two three & outs, and looked like a deer in headlights & considering Nebraska was bringing the house every play, Gardner would have been the best chance for the them to win.  He sure in the hell would have been better than 3 completions 44 yards and 3 picks.  

I'm not a Michigan homer, a fan yes, but not a homer.  I was the first to say they would get beat by Bama, by Notre Dame & I think they will lose to Ohio State actually.  But, as for that game, I think Michigan would have won.

Stupid, absolutely stupid to make your biggest wager of the week against NEBR @ HOME.  Nebr gave up the ball twice and had 120+ in penalty yards and they won, easily.
