Toledo has won 7 of 8 and covered 5 of those games. There pass D is the problem they have a decent run D and thats all AF does is run. Yes it the bone but Toledo has plenty of time to prepare.

Odds...I agree with the reasons you've cited for fading AF, and many of them are the same reasons I'm fading my local Nevada Wolf Pack.
Of their seven wins, NOT ONE was against a team with a winning record. Their "best" win was a home victory over Hawai'i...not exactly impressive.
The others?
Oregon 69 Nevada 20
Texas Tech 35 Nevada 34
Boise St. 30 Nevada 10
La Tech 24 Nevada 20
Utah St. 21 Nevada 17
I've been looking at this game all month, and I can't see how Nevada stays within a touchdown of So Miss.

Just my two 2 cents , as Toledo WAS on my Bowl short list.
I think that it's quite prevalent that when these 2nd tier/mid-major MAC teams step outside of their conference, the lack of overall talent gets greatly exposed within the trenches. Yes, they do have a few talented "outside-type" of guys just like most every team out there, but combined, the overall talent is still 2nd tier IMHO. To me, this means that adds much risk to a wager.
It definitely appears that everything leads to Toledo after watching them rack up the points this year, but I personally could not go deep on a MAC team stepping outside their conf. comfort zone - even if its to play a crappy AF squad. Again, Toldeo was on my early short list, but I've learned from past experiences in backing any MAC team against another non-MAC team, as the MAC conference is just riddled with 2nd rate talent that typically gets exposed in these situtations....Especially against a "run-first" type of offense.
Again, not intended to bash...just MHO, but there's no way I touch any MAC team stepping outside their 2nd rate talent pool of a conference....even if it's to face AF.
GL to you.
