If OSU played LSU's schedule they would have at least 3 loses and probably 4.  This is basically a home game for LSU and they had a month to get healthy.  Not sold on the under or over but LSU all the way here.

As a die Hard OSU I can tell you this total seemed right on point.  In my opinion this total will either be crushed in terms of over, or very low not even coming close to the # set.
 
The reason is simply the OSU defense.  If they come to play and show up like they did for every game but 1 (Illinois) LSU will not be able to move the ball.  Thier offense is like any other big 10 O.
 
Hoever, is LSU shows that their speed truely does kill like Florida ly then LSU make cover the o/u by themseves. 
 
This game comes down to two things:
 
!) Who wins the battle on the line of scrimage
 
2)  OSU D
 
If you feel OSU has the advantage in these play the under, if you feel LSU has the advantage take the over.

OSU will lose BIG. There is no way LSU doesn't put up at least 35 points against this impotent team. Look at the schedule.

I may be an LSU fan but I have wagered against them several times this year in different spots. That SEC is a BITCH so getting points in Big games usually pays off.
 
I like the under here. Both teams will be a bit tight in the 1st half but emotion only carries you for so long.
 
Now any of you jokers can talk about "THE" Ohio State University but the bottom line is that LSU has the advantage playing in tight games against a tougher schedule.
 
You beat a battered and reeling Michigan team. You were lucky to play them when you did. Illinois torched you for God's sakes. Illinois is not a top 5 team in the SEC.
 
Ohio St is big and slow. Their skill players are just OK. Your team had a better offense LAST YEAR! I still remember the Florida players laughing saying Ted Gin was pretty good and might make the Gators team.
 
Miles is a bit of a knucklehead and that scares me but the horses are clearly on the LSU side.
 
A word about Flynn. He was hurt most of the year but he has heart and is a huge GAMER. He had no business playing in several games this year due to injury but he is healthy now.
Remember him torching Miami in his first bowl spot?
 
Anyone of you people seen Jacob Hester play? Him against Animal jr. will be fun to watch. My money is on Hester. He is the LSU version of Owen Schmidtt
 
Doucett is healthy and Holiday is the fastest player in college football. By the way LSU is LOADED at running back.
 
If Ohio State scores more than 17 points I will be shocked!
 
The Tigers are rested and healthy. Why is everyone turning OSU into the cinderella team? LSU is ranked #2, is the first two loss team to every play in the game, and is playing at home. Don't you think they may have a chip as well?
 
Glen Dorsey is going to be the best player on the field. If I am Bockenwhatever his face is it's going to be a VERY long day.
 
Here we have it LSU 30 Ohio State 17.

I'm selling my 1968 Dodge Dart and my 1971 single wide mobile home and putting it ALL on LSU. My first son-in-law drives the car and lives in the mobile home. My daughter married a lawyer and moved away.

I fucking hate Ohio State.  Take a look back at the mens basketball tourney last year when I faded them at every opportunity.


Lsu is the most over hyped team in the country, and people still want to bet them week after week.

How do I know this?

Go look at their ATS record.  It is laughable

Stuckey - First off congratulations on a great  bowl season! 
I just keep getting snagged on the fact that UGA should have moved up and played Ohio State for the National Champ.  The SEC is tough, I would have loved to see UGA play USC or LSU or OSU.  But it's what we got.   You've been on a roll... I just say watch out for that SEC, they hit hard!  Best of luck!  I think it's a definate under, and I look for LSU to out hit!

Stuck, OSU def played the likes of Akron, Kent St, and a cup cake Big Ten schedule.  The Tiger offense is well tested and will put up at least 24.  I think the Buckeyes are motivated by the blowout last year, but look at LSU's only 2 bowl games under Les Miles when they have a month to get ready.  No one gave us a chance against Miami and we blew them out 40-3 and then we smoked Notre Dame last year 41-14.  I also think Miles game planned for Va Tech for quit some time and well, 48-7.  I know the buckeyes def is good, but WE WILL score more than 9.

Agreed! Poor spread team this year.....
 
Poor spread team because they were laying 7 to 10 wood in the SEC.
 
NOBODY should be laying that kind of wood against this conference
 
So here we are, battle tested SEC champs against that lame ass conference. Anything under 7 is candy!

Hope to God you don't sell the garden tractor and the chickens.  Don't need good transportation like that Dodge Dart to get to the beer store you can always ride the tractor.  Gotta figure OSU is gonna lay some eggs here and end up smellin like chicken shit (I took em last year against FL and lost my ass - WTF?  was the best I could do at the time)  Still can't believe they can get it done in NO this year.

Gotta believe LSU D dominates and FLynn engineers 5 decent scoring drives with short field position set up by LSU ST.

Cant stand either of these teams.  With that being said I like, no I repeat I love the under and I am going to say that OSU is tired of hearing how they are from a shitty conference.  OSU ML +150 to  the under 47.5  Stuck keep doing work!!!
