the shovel pass was nice but that 1st td pass was weak... they will put sum bull shit plays up there instead

I just took under 14  for the 3rd qtr.  NC State gets the ball first.  I think they will continue to struggle.  NC State will make some adjustments.  I didn't take the under for the entire second half because I see a possible bullshit td at the end.

FS -1, O28 2nd half here. Slight lean to FS, but they have to cover 15.
