didn't see this addressed previously but what are your thoughts on the rice/texas a&m total with the loss of manziel for first half?  didn't know if you still considered this a monster play.  thx again for your thoughts/input.

I have no choice but to consider it a monster play.

If I could of got Utah State at 4.5 I would of gone 4 out of 5 and hit a 3-Team Parly....best I got was +3...

leaning hard on Nicholls state vs Oregon over 64...

even if nicholls state scores only once, i cannot imagine a scenario where Oregon scores less than 63 points. oregon state beat nicholls state last year 77-3 and nicholls hasnt won a game in two years vs anyone other than "evangal"

A couple of games I like this week....

TX -42.5 over NMST:  'Horns have loads of depth at QB/RB and those guys will be substantial time with something to prove.  Plus, Mack needs to appease the fanbase quickly.  60-0 will feel better (even for a week) than 34-14.  Lastly, NMST is the definition of a doormat.  No chance they keep it close.

NW -5.5 Cal:  'Cats are a veteran group that are close to peaking as a program.   Might end up being the 2nd best B10 team by years end. They have experience at all the right spots (QB, Center, DE).  Cal is the opposite; new coach, new QB, new system.  Dykes will do good things at Cal, but not this quick.

NM St has gotten much better on D. 

im not sold right now. esp. bc. the spread has now crept up to 43.5...

lots of points for texas to have to score, when they usually play like garbage the 1st week of the season. . . 

every season....
