Love to make things go BOOM!!
For what it's worth, I think Mexico is the worst team in America. I caught it at UNLV -7 and bought it to 6.5 cause I could.
Florida St. is talented and Miami is talented and this game will be close with Miami having a real chance to win. Give me +9.5 and some Hurricane.

Boom - first wanted to wish ya good luck this week man and second...my only argument with the Oklahoma should not be allowed in the title game is
If it happened to an sec team, a bama, lsu team and they lost at home as ahuge fav, that they should not be allowed in as well. And we all know the BCS favors the sec.
Do you agree that regardless of conference, if you lose as a huge fav, you should not have a shot to the title?

Boom. I love your thread. But you're way off base here. I'm neutral with all this (Pac-12 fan, myself). But I don't get the hate toward OU if they play for the NC.
In 2008 Florida went to the BCS championship game after losing to 30-POINT-UNDERDOG OLE MISS @ HOME.
And it's not like there weren't other worthy teams then. Texas went 11-1 w/ only a 3-pt loss to 4-pt 'dog Texas Tech @ Lubbock. That Texas team even beat #2 Oklahoma. Utah and Boise State BOTH went undefeated. USC, Penn State, Ohio State, and Texas Tech also finished w/ only 1-loss that year.

Soonboomer, dont let what boom said get in your kitchen. I dont think that he has it out for OU. I think he has it out for the "system" allowing OU to still be near the top. Hell, i cant believe that they were still in the top 10 after that loss to Tech. Boom has no input in the "polls" as far as where OU should be. The "public" can all say Fuck OU for all i care but in the end, it doesnt mean shit what the public thinks. Their opinion does not reflect on the polls.
Boom, like i said last week, i think OU is STILL a very good team and i think that they will win out and go to a BCS bowl...I dont think that they will make it to the Champ game either. Im NOT saying that it cant happen. ALOT of things have to happen in order for that to come true, (bama SOMEHOW loses again, Stanford trips up with Oregon, etc...) (and i dont think that the BCS will allow Boise to ever make it to the champ game..IMO)..And im telling you know, if Okla St. gets to the Champ game, i will be ALL OVER the other team....i dont care what the point spread is, Okie defense sucks bad. I think that you will agree that OU is a solid team and that they just "shit the bed" in the Tech game. MOST teams have a "shit" game in which they just didnt come to play or things just dont go your way. ala...Wisc/Mich St...Clem/Ga Tech...OU/TxTech...Neb/Nwstrn. Players know who's on the other side of the ball. Its just too hard to get up for each game week after week but, thats what makes champions.
You can fill your Top 10 things we learned each week with Fuck Oklahoma...i really dont care what others think about OU, i just know that Okla is a very good team that now is having to deal with the loss of its leading rusher (Whaley) and its All- American receiver (Broyles). We will see just how much heart this team has!!
As always, looking forward to your picks

Boom, like reading your top 10 every week and enjoy your threads. I was just curious with your Texas Tech play. I know that Okie State had a rough weekend and that Tech likes to play a #2 team in Lubbock(ask texas). I was at the A&M-Tech game in Lubbock. The Aggies should've beat them by at least 17-21pts. The coach pulled the reigns and decided to run the clock(which didn't work). Any explanation would be appreciated.
Good luck with your picks!

Clem/WF over seems like a decent bet imo. Thoughts?

The plays look good so far. Honestly with everything going on, I doubt I will have a play either way, but what are your thoughts on Neb-PSU? From a personal standpoint, I hope Nebraska blows them out, but I just don't know what to think about this one.
