Im going on 2 assumptions:

1) Bill Snyder not wanting to get into a shootout....

2) Baylors O not hitting on all cylinders due to new qb and environment/situation

 

However, I've been wrong more times than most people have bet in their lives....so theres that.

I feel what you're spewing homie, it's just a tough couple of bets to make with this particular KState group, they have been surprisingly bad but I do remember the performance against TCU, that was a typical Snyder underdog result

I think Baylor QB will struggle but not sure KState has the arsenal to make that happen, those WR's are so wide open in that scheme that you and I could complete some passes, this is the best WR corp in the country by a landslide, they have 4 pimps that run like the wind and have great hands

you need bad weather, a nervous freshman QB from baylor and the hand of God on your side

I'll be watching this system closely

My 2 centavos as I stated previously is that because of the system Briles employs, and like Wahoo stated the offense fire power that the Baylor offense has, I do not see them missing a beat. Yes it will not be the same without Russell, but they are still going to be very powerful on the offensive side of the ball. I am very much looking forward to seeing if my intuition is correct. I have not pulled the trigger on the play as I am looking to see if the line goes down, but I am sure eventually I will.

their offense will take a step back, Russell was incredible with his ability to run when all else failed, he was truly great in that offense, I just don't know if KSU is the team to slow them down, I think they lose in Stillwater or FT Worth, don't see them going undefeated 

no team in the country would beat TCU, OU and OK St on the road in the same month, that is a true gauntlet



I'm still thinking this one over and really hate betting against Snyder in this situation because he's always got the job done, he just may be undermanned in this one

this is a special Baylor group with a stout O line and good D line, not your traditonal Baylor squad with soft lines, these dudes are big and bad and physical

As Wahoo alluded to, Baylor has a very good D line, the way to exploit them is throw at their midget cornerbacks.  K State has a terrible QB completing low 50% of passes.  This team just got blown out by Texas when everyone was posting Synder's W-L ATS after an L.  This isn't a good K state team, Russell or not they have too many weapons still.  Losing Russell will cost them at some point, but I doubt it's this week against a bad K State team.  They roll easily.

I stand corrected, K State QB Joe Hubener is now completing 45% of his passes.  Truly one of the most dreadful quarterbacks in the entire country.

Yes BC has an outstanding defense as we know, but my thing is 14 points will probably win this game, and I do not think NC State will get shut out, and I am not sure if BC can score over 7.

You almost have to go with K. St. at home getting that many points however this year I think it will be tough- This Kansas St team just isn't that good. That being said I truly believe Baylor will be affected offensively more that most. I can't see how Baylor wont be affected as the new QB hasn't had too much time getting used to these WR's. That Kansas St. secondary is pretty bad. I am staying far away but good luck this week buddy!
